Society of Engineers of Agriculture and Tourism-RADA, was founded in 2006. Today has more than 40 members, students, professionals and other interested in agriculture, rural development, forestry, tourism, food producing, organic agriculture and beauty of countryside. Our members are PhD’s, M.Sc.’s, engineers, also students, with remarkable international experience.
RADA (Rural and Agro Development Agency) is the working unit in Society and it’s ruled by  Managing Board. RADA’s duty is to facilitate Society communication with partners and clients. 
Our main goals are to help in:

• Developing of rural areas
• Rural tourism
• Increasing education and research in agriculture
• We support growth and experience exchange in organic agriculture
• Forestry
• Environment protection
• Conservation of biodiversity
• Sustainable development of tourism

Some of our latest projects are: launching of educational web page: www.stocarstvo.rs.ba, founding of Journal of Animal Science of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  We are preparing an educational site about pest control and entomology. We held a number of lectures.
In projects, our partners or donors were and some still are Interfob BiH, SNV Netherland, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water management of Republika Srpska, Agrarni Informativni Centar – Banja Luka, Society of Fruit Breeders of municipality Kotor Varoš, Mendel University in Brno, Association for Protection and Preservation of Indigenous Breeds of Domestic Animals – BUHOVO Agriculture faculty in Banja Luka, and Agriculture faculty in East Sarajevo.
